Three steps. Takes about two minutes.
In Claude, open the Connectors panel and find Nuvia Data MCP in the list.
Hit Connect, then sign in with your nuviasmiles.com email. That's all the authentication — no passwords to manage, no config files to edit.
Start a new conversation and type any business question. Claude knows to use the MCP automatically — you don't need to mention it or do anything special.
Watch it in action:
Say "this month," "last quarter," or a date range. If you don't specify, it may default to all-time — which can make comparisons confusing.
Claude remembers the conversation context. If an answer raises another question, just keep going — you don't have to re-explain what you're looking at.
You can't accidentally change or delete anything. Explore freely — the worst that can happen is an answer you weren't expecting.
"Show this as a table," "give me percentages instead," "rank by highest" — Claude will reformat the same data however you need it.
Copy any of these into Claude and edit them for your needs. Click the copy button or just grab the text.
Ran into something during setup? Here's what to do.
This usually means your account hasn't been granted access yet — it's not something you did wrong. Submit a ticket using the button below and the data team will get you added. Turnaround is typically same-day.
Submit a ticketMake sure you're looking in the right place — in Claude, click the plug icon or look for Connectors in the sidebar. If it's genuinely not there, submit a ticket and we'll look into it.
Start a fresh conversation after connecting — Claude picks up the MCP at the start of a session, not mid-conversation. If it's still not working in a new chat, try disconnecting and reconnecting in the Connectors panel, then start another fresh conversation.
This sometimes happens when the connection dropped. Go back to Connectors, disconnect, reconnect, and start a new conversation. If it keeps happening, submit a ticket.
Submit a ticket with a description of what you were trying to do and what happened. Screenshots help if you have them.
